DUTIES

• Maintenance, reconditioning, setup and repair of machinery.
• Diagnosing incidents in our customers’ machinery and performing the appropriate corrective action based on our quality standards.
• Repairing or replacing the necessary items, coordinating the provision of the spare part with the relevant department.
• Informing the customer about the status of the breakdown and repair, referring the case to the technical assistance service if it is not possible to solve it on site.

• Entering all the necessary information about each repair in our systems
• Offering the customer the necessary advice regarding their machine, advising about possible services which they currently do not have and which may be of interest to them.

REQUIREMENTS

• Vocational Training/Degree in electronics, automotive, mechatronics or similar.
• Extensive knowledge of hydraulics and electricity
• Previous experience with heavy machinery, construction machinery, trucks and special vehicles.
• Technological knowledge of diagnostic tools
• Available to travel
• Sales and customer-focused attitude
