Ascendum Maquinaria España, in its desire to continue evolving and offering services of the highest quality, has developed a new project in its facilities. This project is based on the implementation of a Clean Component Repair Zone at our headquarters in Ciempozuelos, to meet the demand for this type of repairs nationwide.

A specific area of ​​the workshop has been designated for carrying out this task, creating a completely clean and aseptic space, where Ascendum service technicians can carry out the repair of components in unbeatable working conditions.

To increase the effectiveness of the service, this space has been divided into three completely differentiated work areas using a color code, which facilitates and speeds up the tasks to be carried out:

• Green area. Workspace for engine repair.
• Yellow Zone. Area prepared for transmission repair.
• Gray zone. Area created for work on axles.

This color separation is taken care of in the smallest detail, to facilitate logistics operations and the collection of repair materials, since it is part of an integrated management system of the ERP type. All of this leads to an increase in the productivity of technicians specializing in this type of work, guaranteeing effective and quality results.

The Clean Component Repair Zone provides added value to our technical service, speeding up response times to customers and maximizing the quality of the work.
