Montalegre 2023: podium for the CE Dealer Team and sensational electromobility experience for Ascendum customers

An incredible weekend of racing for the CE Dealer Team and Ascendum, crowned with a podium achieved by Niclas Gröholm, who finished in third place in the event, and added to a magnificent fifth position achieved by his teammate Klara Andersson.

Ascendum is delighted to have been, for the second consecutive year, Official Organizer of the Montalegre race (this year it was also the first round of the 2023 FIA World Rallycross Championship), and Premium Sponsor of the CE Dealer Team. The two-day program was carefully prepared with this objective in mind, as Ascendum invited clients from 7 of our 14 geographies: Portugal, Spain, Austria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Romania and Slovakia, precisely to extend the impact of this event and expand the acceleration of electric mobility to other markets, but also with the idea of ​​increasing awareness of the Ascendum brand in all countries.

Customers had a unique experience that allowed them to feel the adrenaline of WRX racing, but also learn first-hand about the growing range of Volvo CE electric machines available on the market and see several Volvo machines in action, performing various tasks such as construction and maintenance. of tracks and even machines prepared for the rescue of accident vehicles.

By partnering with WRX and Volvo CE, Ascendum aims to participate in and accelerate this transformation, showing that electromobility is the future, not only in motorsports but also in the construction equipment industry.
